Fred DiGiovanni, Chairman

Fred is the President of Island Charter, a company dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation in New York and New Jersey. His father founded the company in 1979 and later, Fred joined in 1999 to help Island Charter become the business that it is now. Currently, the company is operating vehicles and services in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, and all of New Jersey including Atlantic City.

Jeff Henick, Vice-Chairman

Jeff is the COO of Stop & Stor, a family-owned and operated business established in 1980.

Since its establishment, the company has grown from a single facility in Staten Island's West Shore to 15 locations, over 70 employees, and serving about 18,000 customers. "Our commitment to securing and storing your valuables and possessions is unsurpassed. We stand for value, service and community; after all, we are your neighbors, friends and even family."

John DiFazio, Secretary

John is the CEO of DiFazio Industries, a contractor that has been serving the five boroughs for over 40 years. The company has experience in a wide variety of construction development projects with clients that include public utilities, private industries, and government agencies.

Ram Cherukuri, Treasurer

Over 30 years ago, Ram started his business in the back of his Dodge Ram. Later in 1987, he opened a storefront in Port Richmond called New York Fragrance. Since then, the company has outgrown its location and moved to the Bloomfield neighborhood in 2010.

Robert Myers

Robert is Senior Vice President of US Private Banking in charge of the Staten Island office of IDB Bank. In this role, he supports the expansion of the bank’s depository, lending, and investment portfolio. He also manages the office and its team.

John Wambold

John is the owner of Supreme Chocolatier. Supreme Chocolatier has been around since 1911. Its founder's brand is Superior Confections, which makes a wide array of seasonal chocolate products. Family owned and operated, they assure that customers only receive the highest quality products made with the finest ingredients available.

T.J. Moore

T.J. is the CFO of Bedford Carp Construction, a heavy construction company servicing the Greater New York City metropolitan area. Bedford Carp was established less than 10 years ago in 2012. It actually came from the merger of Bedford Construction, established in 1986, and Carp Construction, established in 1996. The companies came together to better streamline operations and provide a wider variety of services and specialities to customers.
